DPMM stands for Dynamic Project Management Method. The method offers a structured and consistent approach to project management, supporting all roles within a project management team.
It is compatible and complementary with P3.express, PRINCE2®, the PMBOK® Guide and other widespread methods, standards and frameworks.

How does DPMM work?
DPMM integrates an agile approach and can dynamically adapt to the project context: The project's product is delivered iteratively and incrementally through components, continuous improvement is a principle, plans are adjusted from phase to phase, and the project responds to the current project situation at any given time.
A DPMM project can incorporate various agile and non-agile organizational approaches of delivery teams, whether component-oriented, flow-oriented, timebox-oriented, or as a sub-project.
The degree of application of agile elements can be tailored accordingly. Four processes contain the main and supporting activities of project roles. The project's value chain explains how a project contributes value to the business.
DPMM contains templates for pragmatic project documentation.
DPMM is fully described in its Reference book (about 200 pages, PDF), which is available for download free of charge.

Get certified
After taking this course, you can take the official internationally valid online EXIN exam to become DPMM Foundation certified.
The exam is conduced by the international examination institute EXIN.
It is mutliple choice with 40 questions in max. 60 minutes +15 minutes extra time for non-native speakers.
Candidates need a score of 65% or higher to pass the exam.
The exam is currently available in English and German only.
Certificate validity
DPMM Foundation certificates are valid for life.

Our public courses are held virtually and in person at our modern training center in Malinovo, Slovakia (7 km from Bratislava, the capital) with easy transport accessibility and public transport links.

Our public DPMM Foundation courses cost 500 € per person + 228 € per person & attempt online exam administered by the EXIN examination institute. A practice exam in digital format is available for free.

If you adhere to all trainer's instructions, participate in the whole course and in spite of that do not pass the DPMM Foundation online exam, you can repeat the course with us once more for free within 6 months from the original course.
You have to pay just the re-exam fee if you will want it and refreshments/ lunches during the presence/ physical course if you will attend it.

Our Course Date Guarantee:
We value both the time and money of our customers. We therefore guarantee you that if you make a binding course booking with us and pay your participant fee on time, we will not cancel the given training due to lack of participants or any other subjective reasons.
Since our company was the established we have not canceled any of our courses with registered participants.
Our Know-how Retention Guarantee:
In case your employee, who took DPMM Foundation training with us paid by you, terminates employment with your company you can take advantage of our know-how retention guarantee.
It means that a replacement employee nominated by you can attend the same course for free. You will pay only fee for his lunches & refreshments during the physical/ presence course and cover the certification exam fee (if she/he will take a certification exam).
Just provide us with a copy of the employment contract termination notice of the previous graduate.
Your replacement employee can repeat the course within 6 months from the original course. The course date has to be mutually agreed at least 15 calendar days before the start of the chosen course.
In case the course date which you choose would be fully occupied by participants who attend the course for the first time and not as a part of our know-how retention guarantee, we will contact your employee and offer him/her a new course date.
