P3.express is a minimalist, practical project management system, supported by the European Union. It’s easy to learn, use and teach.
P3.express is open and free, with a Creative Commons license.
It is compatible with DPMM, the PMBOK® Guide, PRINCE2®, other widespread methods, standards and frameworks.
Why P3.express?
Because despite the existence of fundamental systems such as PRINCE2® and the PMBOK® Guide, many projects are run intuitively, without the help of a structured project management system. This is the case because the fundamental standards, while invaluable, are quite complex and tailoring them to your particular project can take a lot of effort.
Thhat is where the minimalist P3.express project management system comes in.
How does P3.express work?
P3.express uses a cyclical system to make the activities more simple and regular. There are monthly, weekly, and daily cycles, each of which focused on one aspect of management activities.
In addition to the cycles, there’s a project initiation activity group run at the beginning, and a project closure group at the end.
Finally, there’s a post-project management group: a cycle run after the project is finished to evaluate the benefits.
Besides the process, there are 4 management documents (Project Description, Deliverables Map, Follow-Up Register a Health Register) and a number of roles.
P3.express is fully described in its online manual, which is available free of charge.

How to become a P3.express Practitioner certified?
After learning P3.express you can take the online exam to become a certified P3.express Practitioner.
This exam is focused on your ability to manage projects rather than recalling theoretical information. Candidates who are certified are expected to be able to manage real world projects or contribute to their management in an effective and structured way using P3.express.
The exam and certificate are comparable to PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI PMP® and IPMA C, but the exam itself is more simple and, unlike the last two, does not require proof of experience.
The exam is taken online via a web browser, you do not need to install any software.
You will receive a voucher from the international examination institute CertN Global that will be valid for 1 year.
You can write the online exam at any time, within the validity of your voucher, you do not reserve a specific day or hour.
The exam is not supervised, so a webcam is not needed.
The exam is conduced by the international examination institute certN Global. It is mutliple choice with 70 questions in max. 99 minutes. Candidates need a score of 67% or higher to pass the exam. Candidates are also required to accept the code of conduct.
The exam is currently available in English and 3 other languages (Arabic, Persian & Spain).
There’s a language aid feature in the exam that provides an automated translation of the question into many target languages, for an approximate help.
If you lack 1%/ usually 1 point for successfully passing the exam, the examination institute will provide you with a free voucher for the next attempt.
There is no Foundation level certification.
You can complete the course without an exam, too.
Certificate validity
Certificates are valid for life, but they are attributed to the year they are issued; e.g., “P3P-2024”.
Practitioners are encouraged to re-certify every year to stay up to date by re-taking the exam according to the newest version of P3.express.
Renewal of the certificate is voluntary and free of charge, as long as the holder passes a new exam within 5 months of the following calendar year. For this purpose, they will receive a voucher for the online exam from the examination institute.
If a candidate fails the renewal exam, their original, lifetime certificate remains valid.

Quality Guarantee
If you adhere to all trainer's instructions, participate in the whole course and in spite of that do not pass the P3.express Practitioner exam, you can repeat the course with us once more for free within 6 months from the original course.
You have to pay just the re-exam fee if you will want it and refreshments/ lunches during the in person course if you will attend it.
Best Price Guarantee
If you obtain a better price offer for a P3.express course in the same location, time period, delivered by a comparably experienced trainer, with guarantees comparable to ours, we will beat it - just present it to us.
Our Course Date Guarantee
We value both the time and money of our customers. We therefore guarantee you that if you make a binding course booking with us and pay your participant fee on time, we will not cancel the given training due to lack of participants or any other subjective reasons.
Since our company was the established we have not canceled any of our courses with registered participants.
Our Know-how Retention Guarantee
In case your employee, who took P3.express training with us paid by you, terminates employment with your company you can take advantage of our know-how retention guarantee. It means that a replacement employee nominated by you can attend the same course for free.
You will pay only fee for his lunches & refreshments during the in person course and cover the certification exam fee (if she/he will take a certification exam).
Just provide us with a copy of the employment contract termination notice of the previous graduate.
Your replacement employee can repeat the course within 6 months from the original course. The course date has to be mutually agreed at least 15 calendar days before the start of the chosen course.
In case the course date which you choose would be fully occupied by participants who attend the course for the first time and not as a part of our know-how retention guarantee, we will contact your employee and offer him/her a new course date.
