After his studies of Business Administration, Allard de Ranitz has worked in several industries and for a number of companies in the Netherlands and other European countries. As a Project and Programme Manager, his area of expertise covers professionalizing & improving projects and programmes and their results. His experience is composed of definition and execution of projects and programmes, competency development and support of line organizations in their process of business change. His past 19 years of experience are augmented by education and training in the areas of IT (business Informatics), psychology and coaching.
