360° PM evaluation

What is 360° PM (Project Management)?

If you are an project manager (company employs project managers) and you are curious to find out how leadership style of project managers is perceived by others, PM 360° can help you.

Many companies face the problem of finding the appropriate way to evaluate their project managers. Usually evaluation is conducted by a person who is on a higher hierarchical level than the project manager who is evaluated. However, when talking about leadership it is an important fo find out how the people, who are on a lower or the same corporate level, perceive project manager management style.

The PM 360° instrument aims to create a more accurate view by completing this evaluation circle. PM 360° lists the reactions from project stakeholders, project team members and peers. This way is possible to evaluate and improve project management leadership style of project manager.

360° feedback gives you a clear view on project manager reputation.

It is not a punctual measure of his behavior - what he does or does not (like in KOAN-PM ) - but the interpretation of the behavior as it is perceived and interpreted by the people surrounding him.
