
The goal of this half day course is to provide participants with an introduction to the new - 2009 version of the OGC PRINCE2 project management method, which as of 1.1.2010 completely replaced the previous PRINCE2 version. It includes a high level overview of PRINCE2: 2009 principles, themes, processes, and the division of roles & responsibilities in a PRINCE2 project.

Course Description & Scope of Delivery
Our PRINCE2: 2009 Introduction is a half day course, its content in principle corresponding with the first half day of our PRINCE2: 2009 Foundation certification training (but, unlike the Foundation course, it does not involve any certification exam). It consists of a PRINCE2 introduction session and a PRINCE2 Organization session, which together provide participants with answers to the three key questions above.
The course is given in partnership with the Accredited PRINCE2 Training Organisation (ATO) Stichting Partners in Business and draws from experience of more than 6.000 project management professionals trained. It is led by our PRINCE2 Approved Trainer - Mr. Stefan Ondek, PMP, P2RP, CSPM. The course can be delivered in English, German, Czech or Slovak. The training materials are in English.
