About This Course

MSPTM is unique in its status as a generic best practice framework; generic yet flexible in application.

The Registered MSPTM Practitioner qualification is now established as the premier programme management qualification in many parts of the world. This course is based upon the third edition of the OGC Managing Successful ProgrammesTM and is carried out in cooperation with the MSP Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) Pearce Mayfield.

The course will provide you with a full and complete understanding of the MSPTM programme management framework that can be applied to business scenarios in preparation for work on your own programme.

By the end of this course you'll be able to take the MSPTM Foundation and Practitioner examinations.

Following the standard syllabus issued by the MSPTM Examinations Board, it focuses on the MSPTM framework and how this might be applied pragmatically to a variety of real programmes.
 
Designed for

This course is designed for practising programme managers, programme directors, programme office staff, change managers and auditors, who wish to gain formal recognition of their skills by taking the MSPTM Foundation and Practitioner examinations. For trainers it is the first step in acquiring official APMG trainer accreditation.

This is a five day course and will be delivered by OpEyE Consulting acting as a fully licensed affiliate for PearceMayfield ltd.

 

Course Outline
The course will cover each part of the MSPTM Principles, Transformational Flow, Governance Themes and documents described in the MSPTM Guide.
You'll work through various case studies during the course. You'll also work with sample examination papers; examination tips and preparation, for the MSPTM Foundation and Practitioner examinations.
