Managing Successful Programmes - MSP Courses & Certification Exams From Overview Through Foundation To Advanced Practitioner

About MSP - Managing Successful Programmes Courses

MSP is unique in its status as a best practice programme management framework; generic yet flexible in application.

The MSP Registered Practitioner qualification is now established as the premier programme management qualification in many parts of the world. The courses offered by us are based upon the most current - third (2007) edition of the OGC Managing Successful Programmes standard.

The courses will provide you with an understanding of the MSP programme management framework that can be applied to business scenarios in preparation for work on your own programme. Following the standard syllabus issued by the MSP Examinations Board, certification courses focus on the MSP framework and how this might be applied pragmatically to a variety of real programmes.

At the end of our certification courses you'll be able to take the respective MSP certification exams.

Designed For
This course is designed for practising programme managers, programme directors, programme office staff, change managers and auditors, who wish to gain formal recognition of their skills by taking the MSP Foundation and Practitioner examinations. For trainers it is the first step in acquiring official APMG trainer accreditation.
